- Bell tents provide ample space, comparable to a wall tent but much easier to set up and move.

- Similar functions to a yurt, but without the need for wooden lattice walls.

Pro Series Upgrades
The Yukon XL Pro Series carries over the same proven Yukon design and construction as the Yukon Original Single Door. What sets the XL apart are the added ports and zippers below — and the Double Door model is the same tent with a second door added.
- Diesel & AC port (new on the XL): a dedicated zippered port for diesel heater lines or an air conditioner duct, so you can heat or cool the tent without leaving a door open.
- Added heavy-duty zippers (new on the XL): extra zippers at the ports and access points, on top of the door, window and floor zippers, each with a canvas storm flap.
- Single or Double Door: choose the Single Door layout, or the Double Door model which adds a second zippered canvas door with its own screen for a second exit and true cross-flow ventilation. Everything else is the same.
- Full screen door: a zippered mesh screen door behind every canvas door for bug-free airflow.
- Stove jack & flap: uncut fiberglass stove jack with a sealing storm flap for wood stove heat.
- Zip-in ground tarp: heavy PVC tarp that zips into the tent and curves up the wall to keep water and drafts out.
- Guy-line fasteners: adjustable fasteners on every guy line for fast, tool-free tensioning.
- Ventilation: 4 screened zip windows and 4 screened peak air vents, all with mosquito netting.
Pro Series Features
The Yukon XL Pro Series is built on the same proven Yukon bell tent design — if you know the Yukon Original Single Door, the XL will feel familiar. What is new on the XL are the added ports and zippers called out below. The Double Door model is the same tent with a second door added.
New on the XL
- Diesel & AC Port: zippered pass-through for a diesel heater line or an AC duct, so the tent stays sealed while heating or cooling
- Added Zippers: extra heavy-duty zippers at the ports and access points, in addition to the zippers on the doors, windows and floor, all with canvas storm flaps over the zipper lines
- Back Door (Double Door model only): a second full canvas door with its own screen on the opposite wall — everything else is identical to the Single Door model
Shared Yukon Features
- Air Vents: 4 screened peak vents with mosquito netting pull hot air out at the top of the tent
- Stove Jack & Flap: uncut fiberglass jack (cut to 4″, 5″ or 6″) with a sealing flap for when no pipe is installed
- Screen Door: full zippered mesh door behind the canvas door for bug-free airflow
- Windows: 4 zippered windows with mosquito netting
- Ground Tarp: 540g PVC tarp that zips in and curves 3.5″ up the wall to block water and drafts, and unzips completely for cleaning
- Guy-line Fastener: adjustable fastener on each guy line for quick, knot-free tensioning

- PolyShield+ (Upgrade): Unlike coatings that wear off, PolyShield+ is treated during manufacturing so protection is part of the fabric itself — delivering long-lasting resistance to mildew, fire, and wear.
Fabric Strength & Durability

- More resistant to ultraviolet rays than cotton canvas
- Does not shrink like cotton canvas

Doors
- Front door: zippered canvas door with a full zippered screen door behind it, so you can leave the canvas open for airflow without the bugs
- Single Door or Double Door model: the Single Door model has one front door; the Double Door model is the same tent with a matching zippered canvas back door (and its own screen door) on the opposite wall for a second exit and cross-flow ventilation
- Heavy-duty zippers on all doors, with canvas storm flaps over the zipper lines — the XL adds extra zippers at the ports and access points
Windows, Vents & Ports
- 4 screened windows with mosquito netting
- 4 screened peak air vents with mosquito netting
- Diesel & AC port (Pro Series): zippered pass-through for a diesel heater line or an air conditioner duct — keeps doors and windows closed while heating or cooling
- 3 ft sidewalls
- Zipped-in floor (included); sides can unzip and tie up
Stove Jack & Flap
- Uncut fiberglass stove pipe jack with cover (cut to 4″, 5″, or 6″)
- Stove jack is sewn over the tent canvas; user must cut opening and remove canvas around it
- Weather flap seals over the jack when no stove pipe is installed, keeping rain and drafts out
Ground Tarp
- PVC 540g ground tarp zips into tent and curves 3.5″ up the wall to keep water out
- Fully removable — unzip the tarp for easy cleaning or to set up over a platform or existing floor
Accessories
Frame
- Complete frame included: galvanized steel center peak pole (breaks into three segments) and A-frame doorway poles
- Double-door models include a second set of A-frame poles for the back door
- Center pole gaskets: rubber gaskets at top and bottom protect floor and canvas — always use the gaskets
- Door pole pockets: older instructions may show sewn floor pockets; current tents do not include pockets
- Door pole setup (important):
- Door poles are held in place by gravity and the rope system
- Ties inside help keep poles in place — do not use the ties closest to the floor
- Allow the pole to angle away from the tent
- Position door-pole feet about 1 ft away from the wall for proper angle
- Longest pole length: 40″
- 20 ft models: center pole can bow due to joint movement — consider replacing with a 1¼″ rigid pipe (plumbing) or lumber; thicker walls help with snow loads
- Note: Not designed for snow loads
Ropes, Guy-line Fasteners & Stakes
- Includes stakes for around the bottom of the tent and ropes
- Upgraded to larger, stronger stakes; to use larger stakes around the floor, run rope from stake to grommet holes
- Guy ropes included; one rope is longer for the top of the door (double-door models include a longer rope for each door)
- Guy-line fasteners: every guy line runs through an adjustable fastener so you can tighten or loosen tension by hand, with no knots to tie or untie
- For rocky ground or high winds, consider larger stakes
Bag
- Zippered bag with handle; large enough to hold the tent and poles
