We’ve really enjoyed using this tent this season. It’s kept us warm and dry, and certainly, it made hunting up here in inclement weather much more enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a high quality wall tent, definitely check out Elk Mountain Tents, and I think you’ll be very happy with what you see.

My overall impressions are extremely positive and I’d recommend the Wall Tent to anyone looking for a canvas tent. The build quality is top rate and the instructions were very clear making it easy to assemble. If you’d like to see my full canvas tent review, please visit here.

The cost may seem like a lot when compared to some three season camping tents. But the reality of the situation is that those tents are not in the same class as a canvas tent from Elk Mountain… It is just very heavy duty all the way around.

My son and I went camping over the weekend, it just happened to be the largest rain in recent memory (3.5 inches). The tent held up great, three days of non stop rain and not one leak. Thanks for selling a quality product at a great price.

Elk Mountain Tents have created a traditional style wall tent with some very innovative features while solving some of the issues that plague traditional canvas tents… I love my Elk Mountain Tent and will likely buy another smaller one for those time I don’t need a huge one. I expect it to last me my entire lifetime and if for some reason it doesn’t, I’m confident after talking to the folks at Elk Mountain Tents that they will stand behind any issues that might arise.

The tent potentially can last a lifetime if it is well cared for.
My family and I think the Yukon Bell Tent is impressive! It’s comfortable, functional, and easy to set-up. Whether we are bugging out, camping, glamping, or spending a day at the lake, this tent will be coming with us on our adventures.

This is a great tent! I bought the 13×16, two years ago it has gone on a few hunts. I’ve had 2 different Alaknack tents that failed in the middle of a hunt. This tent holds in the heat well. It has enough room for 4 guys on cots with a wood stove. Justin from elk mountain tents was easy to deal with answered all my questions.

We (my wife Jane and I) took a trip to the Steens Mountains for 4 days with our new 13 x 16 tent. What an awesome time with a great tent. It is so spacious and easy to set up and take down, we were amazed. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that is truthful, honest, and real. THANK YOU. We have, and will continue to recommend Elk Mountain Tents to anyone looking for a great tent. We would give the company and tent 5 out of 5 stars. Again Thank You.

I researched for about 4 months so I could find the best tent that would fit the needs of my family and still remain in my budget. This is the tent I chose after reviewing all of the rest. It has the most features, is sturdy against wind. It has wire reinforcements. It has the option of buying posts or purchasing your own. The instructions are very clear if you want to buy your own. I am pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this over any other wall tent. It has as good of features as any but the price is much lower. They are also very good at answering any of your questions. I called with several questions and they were very friendly and fun to work with. I am Very impressed by the construction, the material the tent is made of and the easy to use set up instruction. I also like the windows and the ventilation that allows air to circulate thru the tent.

Exceptional construction, design and customer service. Elk Mountain Tents are the perfect compromise between thin poly outfitter style tents (ie. Cabelas Alaknak etc.) and full blown cotton duck canvas tents. I’ve owned ALL and the poly duck canvas is the best of both worlds. It’s just as warm and retains heat like cotton duck canvas but it doesn’t have the absorption issues that lead to mold and staining usually associated with old cotton duck. If you do have any dirt or mud that gets on the material it’s very easy to clean and dry it, keeping it’s new like appearance.
The additional features of Elk Mountain Tents are the ventilation design and the screened / “paned” windows. The window “pane” look of the windows give it more of a cabin/homelike feel AND these tents make excellent event tents for outdoor dining / weddings/ functions.
For the money, dollar for dollar you cannot find a better tent. We originally thought about purchasing the 13×16 Elk Mountain tent but decided on a 13×13 tent. The perfect size for our family of 5. With the Disco Bed bunk bed system and large size cots you can sleep 5 comfortably. Go buy an Elk Mountain tent, get outdoors and create some priceless memories with your family!

Bought this couple week before opening day of elk hunt in Idaho. It came with all angles for top and floor angles also. Bought all my conduit pipe from home deport(home depot will not cut conduit pipe) and a cutter from harbor freight($5) and 2 pipe connecter(about 50 cent each). Actually I got the 13×13 with stove. set it at home to make sure everything is there. It is perfect for 3 people with all our gear. Put tarp on it. We were hunting for 5 day straight with no leak or condensation.

Last fall, when I was shopping around for a wall tent, the the guys at Elk Mountain Tents made it an easy choice. My tent showed up on my door step right on time and it couldn’t have been easier to figure out and set up. This tent made my first self guided western hunt a truly comfortable experience that I know will not be my last. It’s everything the web site says and more. I would definitely recommend a tent from Elk Mountain to anybody that is looking for a light weight durable and affordable wall tent and can’t wait to see what they come up with next to add to my hunting setup.

This is the BEST tent because. The price can’t be beat. You don’t have to throw a water proof tarp over this tent when it rains. Great ventilation with six windows, which would cost plenty with all other tents! The tent stakes are really beefy. It fits in the bag its sold in! And if you live locally, he has great hours

I purchased a 13×20 in December 2014 and am very happy with this tent. Plenty of room for my family of 5. The material these tent s are made of is a significant improvement over traditional cotton canvas, very waterproof, very tough(went through heavy wet snow and 50 mph winds with no issues). The material is also quite a bit lighter than traditional canvas. All the Windows and peak vent s are really nice when summer camping. Customer service couldn’t have been better, Justin was really good to do business with.
